Bliss balls make a fantastic snack or treat after dinner. They’re super easy to make and are great for kids too.

Nutrition Information

These Choc Orange Bliss Balls contain many nutrients – fibre from the almonds and fresh dates, vitamin C from the orange, healthy fats from the almonds, and antioxidants from the cacao powder and nibs. Dates and nuts are “energy dense” foods, which means that a small amount contains a large amount of nutrients. For this reason, try to stick to eating just one bliss ball at a time.
